Return Policy

  • All orders are final. We do not accept returns and replacement unless the item is faulty.

  • In the unlikely event of a faulty item, please contact customer support at Contact@KeystoneGems.com with your order number and photos showing any defects.

  • Due to the unique one-of-a-kind nature of our items, the faulty item’s replacement will be of the same stone type and base, but will not be an exact copy of the original item. If we are unable to replace the item, customer will receive a voucher of the same value as the item.

  • Please be noted that we might require you to return the faulty item in some certain cases for replacement.

  • If an item is damaged or broken during installation, it may potentially be returned for repairs. Please contact customer support to see if the item might be repairable. All postage fees and repair costs must be paid by the purchaser.

  • We do not provide credit unless otherwise specified.
